High School Family Life Education Resources

From the Ontario Conference of Catholic Bishops

Reaching Out and Turning Points are two fine resources for the Family Life Education strand of the high school Religious Education program developed by the Ontario Conference of Catholic Bishops.

These two publications include a wide variety of stories, poems, and articles that will capture the interest and imagination of students. Diana Scahill, former Consultant in Family Life Education for the Durham Catholic School Board, has done teachers a great favour by organizing and annotating these publications around various themes like relationships, conscience, chastity, substance abuse, death and suicide.

Note: TR refers to Teacher Resource and SB refers to Student Book.
